IF YOU ARE A PAID ART CLUB MEMBER- You do NOT have to sign up on the form. Your name should be below!
IF YOU ARE A PAID COSMO CUB MEMBER- You do NOT have to sign up on the form. Your name should be below! If you are NOT a paid Cosmo Cub member, you will be turned away!
IF YOU ARE A SLACER- No SLACer meeting this time! Have fun at the club of your choice!
